From the first contact, whereby we were listened to and not pressured at all towards any particular product, to the completion of the installation of the door my wife and I were both impressed by the professionalism, timeliness and competence of the whole team.
We reported a minor deficiency in the installation at about 8pm on the evening of the install and it was fixed by 10am the following morning. That's true customer service!
