Tried installing them myself, but ran into several problems. Placed a service call and Bentley came out to fix it. He completed the work quickly and super professionally. So knowable and competent. Highly recommend this company.

He recommended buying a new one. Instead, I bought a used one and hired someone to install it. The new technician simply reprogrammed the existing opener, making the purchase unnecessary. In the end, I wasted money on a garage door I didn’t need and paid for two service visits due to the first technician’s incompetence.

Amy was extremely helpful demonstrated the garage door options available through B&M.
There were garage doors with / without windows and a variety of visual placements of the window from which to select a style to purchase.
I selected a windowless option with capping to match. The garage door
is well insulated (R12) and is more resistent to the winter cold.
