Poor customer service
Doors were installed a few months ago, one of the doors is making a lot of noise when opening and closing, we realized the door is not aligned and robbing all the time one of the cables, which may be… Read more Doors were installed a few months ago, one of the doors is making a lot of noise when opening and closing, we realized the door is not aligned and robbing all the time one of the cables, which may be broken at some point. The tech person came with a very bad attitude, he did not even want to have a look of the problem, he said that the cable robbing the door was normal. His behavior towards us was rude and very unprofessional.

October 18, 2019 - Sent our service technician to this customer's house and completed all of the necessary adjustments. A bit of a difference in what was discussed with the salesman and the directions that were given to the installer. But after discussing what was expected they came through with a follow-up visit and exceeded expectations. So for that reason they are highly recommended and I would choose them again!!!
