Tried installing them myself, but ran into several problems. Placed a service call and Bentley came out to fix it. He completed the work quickly and super professionally. So knowable and competent. Highly recommend this company.

Instead, I bought a used… Read more I contacted B&M to repair a garage door opener. The technician arrived on time but said it was too old to fix due to unavailable parts. He recommended buying a new one. Instead, I bought a used one and hired someone to install it. The new technician simply reprogrammed the existing opener, making the purchase unnecessary. In the end, I wasted money on a garage door I didn’t need and paid for two service visits due to the first technician’s incompetence.
