There was a slight problem with the trim but I called one day and 2 days later it was fixed. So very happy that we worked with a local installer. Awesome people! Would highly recommend B & M garage door without hesitation.

Rather than try and up sell, he explained the various products, provided pricing and input and helped me purchase within my budget.

Installer was on-time, polite and COVID-safe. Unfortunately, all sections of the door were dented, and the trim was cut more than a centimeter short leaving gaps (which we repaired ourselves). However, the installed door works well.
