Being a Customer Service Manager my self, it is refreshing to see this level of attention given to the customer. I was also totally impressed with the modifications done to our door to match the opening for the garage to make it look seamless and custom. We have had neighbours walk by and comment on how it looks beautiful and like it has always been there complimenting the house. The doors took 5 to 6 weeks to arrive as quoted at time of purchase. Philip did not oversell the doors and got me to buy only what I needed saving me $400

Installers did great job and showed up when stated and did job quickly. When I bought the door at the show room I found Philip to be helpful and did not oversell the doors. Recommended only what I needed and saved me $400 from what I thought I needed.

When we moved into a resale home in need of a new door, the build quality of that door, quiet smooth operation and overall quality feel brought me back to Garaga. I did look at 2 others for comparison sake but in the end a Canadian product from a local vendor for a fair price kind of made the decision for me.

Now that the door is in and I see and hear the quality of the operation, I and expect I'll be happy for years to come.
