He realized I had living space above the garage and took it upon himself to upgrade the opener to a almost silent belt driver free of charge. As a new home owner I would strongly recommend B&M. Being a Customer Service Manager my self, it is refreshing to see this level of attention given to the customer. I was also totally impressed with the modifications done to our door to match the opening for the garage to make it look seamless and custom. We have had neighbours walk by and comment on how it looks beautiful and like it has always been there complimenting the house. The doors took 5 to 6 weeks to arrive as quoted at time of purchase. Philip did not oversell the doors and got me to buy only what I needed saving me $400
