So far the garage door seems to be working very well - now we just need the humans involved to do the same thing - keep forgetting to take the door opener out of the house when we go to the garage!! Never mind, we will get it eventually.

Later, Mark visited my place and provided a reasonable quote, which was accepted by me. Garry along with 2 technicians brought and installed the doors on 11 August. I am fully satisfied with their work and will recommend them to my other family members and close friends.
