Mark was patient with us as we walked through the showroom answering all of our questions. Kris was very professional doing the install and showed us how to set codes and all features of the garage door opener etc. Would highly recommend B&M

We did ask for a black door handle and received a silver one. There was no explanation why we didn't get the black one.
