The trim piece does not match the door and is very plain compared to others that I have seen. I asked them to adjust the opener on the door but because it is easy for them to use they said it was fine. The opener is up down as opposed to sideways and is it is very awkward to open the door from the outside as well.

We also showed you a sample of the aluminum capping which is a 98% colour match to the door but will always look slightly different as it is smooth and the door is textured.
