My one criticism of B and M would be the office communication. I had to chase down when the doors would be finally arriving, and when told they had arrived someone would be calling about an installation date. Days later I called B and M back for the installation date because no one had called me back.

We are very pleased with our new Garaga garage door. From the initial contact with Nicole and Philip to the installation with Kris, everything went smoothly, even during COVID. Philip emailed mock ups of the door on our house so we would have a good idea of what it would look like. Kris installed the door quickly and efficiently and cleaned the area. He went over the operation of the door and answered my questions.
The door really adds some nice curb appeal to our home. Job well done!

We ordered your Standard + classic MIX in American Walnut. The door complements the colour scheme of the brickwork and aluminum perfectly. We have received so many positive comments from neighbours and family, some of whom are looking to replace their old wood doors. We assumed that the everything visible would match the colour of the door.
However, the black weather stripping is a jarring contrast to the whole effect. Apparently matching weatherstripping is not offered by Garaga.
