Program Highlights
A ten (10)-point maintenance and safety inspection is performed on each garage door/doors and garage door opener/openers.
• Lubrication and adjustment of rollers and hinges
• Lubrication of torsion spring/springs as well as end and center plates
• Adjustment and balancing of torsion or extension springs
• Adjustment of setscrews, drums, as well as center couplings and their anchor plates
• Adjustment of tension of lifting cables
• Adjustment of vertical and horizontal tracks
• Inspection of weather strip, floor seal, horizontal track supports, door face and back jamb
• Adjustment and lubrication of door opener's electrical components including trolley
• Adjustment of all security systems (mechanical or photoelectrical)
• Adjustment of chain, setting limit switches and lubrication of the entire drive mechanism

** Includes up to two (2) garage doors and two (2) electric openers per single home location. ** Any necessary repair and/or replacement options are discussed with the homeowner prior to the service technician's departure or if no one is home at the time of the service an itemized list will be left on site.
